OBJECTIVES

Step 1: Learn how to publish Articulate Storyline & Adobe Captivate to HTML5

Step 2: Test your eLearning programs on mobile devices (using HTML5)

Step 3: Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of HTML5 delivery

In this one-day workshop you'll consider what HTML5 means to you as an e-learning designer, examples of its capabilities and shortcomings, how you can prepare yourself to deliver to HTML5, and how to start delivering HTML5-based courses today using tools you already have. Then, we will test your e-Learning on mobile devices!

Who is Joe Ganci "eLearning Joe":

Joe -- CEO of eLearning Joe -- is on a mission to "improve the quality of e-Learning everywhere." Since 1983, he has been involved in every aspect of e-Learning development, and is widely considered a guru on the subject. He has written several books on e-Learning, spoken at conferences in the U.S. and Europe. Why You Should Attend:

HTML5 is fast becoming the standard for e-learning -- allowing for much easier delivery to mobile devices (and other platforms that don’t support Adobe Flash), more precise formatting, and a more user-friendly, interactive experience.

Who Should Attend?:

Although this workshop is geared to the beginner, all participants should be familiar with e-learning design and development practices. Participants should be interested in understanding the impact HTML5 will have on their work.
